I'm sure you've all had that morning where you dread getting out of bed and you want to eat a whole package of bacon for breakfast. Right? Well as yummy as bacon is, a whole package for breakfast probably isn't the best start to your day. Let me give you a recipe to rethink that bacon breakfast and get you on the right track for a successful day!
Orange Melody Smoothie-
2 medium sized carrots peeled and quartered
1 Nectarine quartered
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of OJ
1/2 cup of Yogurt
4 ice cubes
Small handful of Almonds(optional)
Blend and ENJOY! You may have to cut your fruit and veggies smaller depending on the power of your blender.
